Up in the Sky Entry Requirements
- Guests will receive their Cabin wristbands each day upon check-in at the dedicated Cabin entrance, located on the mountainside of The Inn at Aspen. Wristbands must be picked up in person daily and are required for entry to the festival.
- Cabin purchasers may provide guest names for wristband pick-up directly to their assigned Wynn Nightlife host, who will be introduced the week of the festival.
- All Cabin guests must have a valid, government-issued ID upon check-in.
- Review our Bag Policy – and our and Prohibited Items List to make sure you are in compliance.
How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are located on a mountain and feature a mix of paved surfaces, gravel, grass, and hilly terrain, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!
Cabin Wristbands
- Guests will receive their Cabin wristbands each day upon check-in at the dedicated Cabin entrance, located on the mountain side of The Inn at Aspen. Wristbands must be picked up in person daily and are required for entry to the festival.
- Please ensure all guests have a valid, government-issued ID upon check-in.

Cashless
- Up in the Sky is fully cashless. Credit card, debit card, and mobile payment methods are accepted site wide.

Cabin guests will have access to a dedicated drop-off and shuttle options. Your Wynn Nightlife Cabin Host will reach out directly with additional details on accessing the festival via shuttle, private driver, or other.

Cabins Festival Entrance
- The dedicated Cabin entrance is located on the mountain side of The Inn at Aspen. The address for The Inn at Aspen is: 38750 CO-82, Aspen, CO 81611.
- If you arrive via the Cabin Shuttle from The Little Nell, you’ll be dropped off at the front entrance (highway side) of The Inn at Aspen. From there, you’ll enter through the hotel’s main doors and walk through the lobby to access the Cabin check-in on the mountainside.

- Cabin guests have access to an exclusive, dedicated Cabin entrance located on the mountain side of The Inn at Aspen. The address for The Inn at Aspen is: 38750 CO-82, Aspen, CO 81611.
- Upon arrival to the festival, your Wynn Nightlife Cabin host will check you in, and coordinate your transportation provided by Defender to your designated Cabin and table.
- Each Cabin is designed for peak comfort with lounge seating and dedicated table service. The space is open-walled to take advantage of the Aspen breeze, and to maximize sightlines of the Main Stage.
Shuttle Rules
- No alcohol on board
- No standing or sitting on laps
- For your safety, keep your limbs inside the cart/vehicle
Cabins All-Inclusive Dining and Drink Options
- You don’t have to leave the comfort of your Cabin to indulge. Each Cabin includes exclusive access to Matsuhisa and Yuki signature offerings, with curated dishes by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa served twice nightly during set breaks.
- Craving a drink? Your cabin experience features elevated Wynn Nightlife bottle service, complete with a dedicated VIP host. Savor top-shelf spirits, champagne, fine wines, and premium mixers — all expertly delivered by Wynn Nightlife’s talented hospitality team, so you can indulge without ever leaving the comfort of your elevated space.
Viewing Areas
- Your Cabin will offer expansive views of the Main Stage, and also permits access to the Cabin Lounge and Cabin Viewing Area located next to the East Cabins.
- Cabin guests will also be able to utilize and access the front-of-stage VIP Viewing Area, VIP Village, and VIP Lounge.
Leaving the Festival
- Dedicated Cabin shuttles will pick up Cabin guests at the same location as drop-off — in front of The Inn at Aspen on the highway side. From there, you’ll be transported back to The Little Nell.
